Ladies Only Fishing Tournament"Size Really Matters" Breast Cancer Awareness: every woman counts! Proceeds from tournament will benefit the Sanford Mid-Dakota Cancer Care Fund. Date is yet to be set for 2012 American Creek Marina Chamberlain, SD 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Rules meeting at Michelle’s Marina on __________________, at 6:00 pm Format/Rules: 1. Teams of 2 to 4 women anglers per boat. Limit of 4 fishing rods per boat. Fishing licenses required. 2. Winners determined by total inches of fish caught with each measured to nearest 1/8 inch. 3. Non-fishing captains and crew are allowed to operate boat, rig lines, bait hooks, net fish, unhook fish, measure fish. Captains and crews cannot set hook or reel in fish. Captains and crew members may be male or female. 4. Two categories of competition: a. All Walleye: Six legal walleye/sauger but only 2 may be over 20" in length. b. Other Species: Five legal fish of any other species in any combination (excluding walleye/sauger). c. All teams are responsible for own fish following measurement beginning at 2:00 pm. 5. All South Dakota boating and fishing laws apply. 6. Entry fee is $25.00 per angler. Entry fee will benefit the Sanford Mid-Dakota Cancer Care Fund. 7. Prizes will be determined and awarded based on number of entries. 8. Launching from and returning to American Creek Marina. Measuring begins at 2:00 pm near boat ramp. 9.
